Preschool Teacher (Full-Time) About Us The Goddard School® in Farmington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. We are part of a nationally recognized early childhood education program built on a Piaget-based, learning-through-play philosophy that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with CTELDS Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that supports all areas of child development Use play-based learning to engage and inspire children Observe and assess student progress to guide instruction Maintain strong classroom management using positive guidance strategies Communicate effectively and proactively with families Collaborate with team members to support classroom and school goals Ensure compliance with all state, local, and Goddard Systems, Inc. requirements

Qualifications Required:

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Knowledge of child development and early childhood best practices Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to develop creative, engaging lesson plans Commitment to professional development Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
