Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Teacher to join our 5-star rated center. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational and developmental activities that promote the growth and development of young children. Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate educational and developmental activities that promote the growth and development of young children Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for children Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and fellow staff members Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate this information to parents and caregivers Plan and participate in field trips and other special events Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play area Adhere to all licensing and safety regulations

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed child care setting Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and fellow staff members Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain certification) We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
