Preschool Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic development. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques. Support early intervention strategies and special education needs to ensure inclusive learning experiences for all children. Engage children in activities that promote childhood development milestones, including language skills, motor skills, and social interactions. Monitor and assess student progress through observation and standardized testing, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate student progress and address individual needs effectively. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment that adheres to child welfare standards and daycare regulations. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom experience with toddlers and preschoolers. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development theories, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods. Experience working with special education students or early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to manage a classroom environment efficiently while fostering creativity and independence among students. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant certifications in child welfare or daycare licensing are advantageous.
