Job DescriptionEnsure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is runningMake adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paperDeliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installationRecycle old/discarded platesProvide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operationAssist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recylcling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the platesResponsible for training and supporting new and existing team members.

QualificationsRequires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job trainingAbility to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenanceAble to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanismsAdditional InformationRRD's current salary range for this role is $19.30 to $25.20/hour. The salary range may be adjustedbased on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in thefuture. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role andcompensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensationpackage may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
