Job Description

About Us At Bluestone Children's Center, we're raising the standard for pediatric therapy. We provide high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers both children and their families. Our mission is to help every child thrive at home, in school, and in the community. The Role We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team. You'll evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, autism, and other challenges—helping them build skills for self-care, learning, play, and relationships. Collaboration with families and other providers is central to this role. At this time, we are not considering Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (i.e., COTAs).
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (no evenings past 6:30pm or weekends) Reports to: Lead OT & Clinical Director What You'll Do Evaluate and deliver individualized OT services in motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and cognition Develop and implement treatment plans with family involvement Document progress and update treatment goals Collaborate with speech therapists, BCBAs, and behavior technicians Provide family training to support skill development at home Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT certified, MI license required) 5+ years of clinical experience (pediatric & autism experience preferred) CPR/First Aid certification preferred Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills Perks & Benefits Competitive pay (commensurate with experience) Medical, dental, vision, supplemental coverage PTO, holiday pay (6 paid holidays) 401(k) options Company-paid liability insurance CEU opportunities & license reimbursement Mentorship & supervision provided Diversity & Inclusion Bluestone Children's Center is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
