Press - Mold - Technician

Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and supports setup of injection molding equipment, molds, and related facility systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Technical or vocational training strongly preferred Proven experience maintaining injection molding presses, molds, and industrial equipment Direct hands-on operation of injection molding machines Experience with injection machine and mold setup, startup, and changeovers Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills on running equipment Ability to independently resolve machine and process issues on the production floor Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase power Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals Familiarity with industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures Ability to work in ISO 8 cleanroom environments as required Preferred Skills Experience maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on injection molding presses Experience disassembling, assembling, and repairing molds Experience replacing mold components and supporting mold changeovers Experience maintaining auxiliary equipment such as mold temperature controllers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and dryers Experience maintaining facility systems including electrical breaker panels and HEPA HVAC or air handling systems Experience supporting equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning Mandarin language skills Job Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding presses, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Disassemble, assemble, and repair molds Replace mold components and support mold changeovers Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment such as mold temperature controllers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and dryers Maintain selected facility systems including electrical breaker panels and HEPA HVAC or air handling systems Support equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning activities Comply with all safety, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety requirements Work in ISO 8 cleanroom environments as required

Pay:
