What You'll Do:

To help us drive excellence, you will: Ensure plant safety procedures are known and followed Report and document any incidents/accidents before the end of the shift Operate, monitor, and help maintain machines and equipment (presses, welders, cranes, forklifts, etc.) Feed equipment and tooling Perform or assist with changing and setting dies, transfer systems, and shuttles/conveyors Obtain first-piece sample approval, making appropriate die and machine adjustments Ensure the last-piece and die history processes are followed Troubleshoot die-related issues and make necessary adjustments Troubleshoot, adjust, and assist with repairs related to transfers, shuttles, and conveyors This is an hourly role within our Press Department , reporting to the Press Supervisor .

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Sets a positive example in the workplace Willing to perform additional responsibilities as needed Flexible and adaptable to change No active disciplinary actions on file and demonstrates excellent work ethic Excellent attendance record (4 points or fewer) Willing and able to work overtime as requested Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team to resolve issues
