Pressure Washing Technician - Commission Based We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our exterior cleaning team as a Pressure Washing Technician. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for hardworking employees who take pride in quality work and customer service. Responsibilities Pressure wash residential homes, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other exterior surfaces Set up and operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently Transport smaller equipment and supplies in personal vehicle when needed Communicate professionally with customers on-site Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to carry and transport some equipment in personal vehicle Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and handle equipment and hoses Strong work ethic and attention to detail Prior pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience is preferred but not required Pay Commission-based compensation Opportunity for performance bonuses, upsells, and customer review incentives Flexible scheduling with opportunity for growth Ideal Candidate Someone who is dependable, self-motivated, physically capable, and comfortable working independently while delivering great customer service.
