Full-time Basic Job Functions:

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. Preventative Maintenance is responsible for performing routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life. This role supports safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations.

Essential Responsibilities:

With available technical guidance, keeps plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair. Examines machines to diagnose trouble, dismantles machines, replaces defective parts, reassembles machines, and makes necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operations. Able to grease, oil, and replace sensors on all machines as well as check necessary gaps and specs per OEM of machines. Keep equipment and machines clean and free of parts screens and sludge. Ability to interact with PM software for prioritization/ completion of work done. Mechanical Requirements Mechanical aptitude and ability to trouble shoot situations Ability to use machine tools (i.e.: drills, grinders) Regularly preforms preventative maintenance. Regularly preforms fluid exchanges. Electrical Requirements Diagnosis electrical trouble Test circuits with testing equipment and reports readings for further instruction Replacing lights and fuses
