Preventive Maintenance Technician

ELS Properties is hiring a preventive maintenance technician for its growing apartment portfolio in Montgomery and Warren County. We are seeking a high energy individual that can work alone and with others.

Preventive Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform routine prevenitve maintenance tasks that includes but is not limited to the following:

• HVAC filter replacements
• Powerwash buildings, pavillions and breezeways
• Blow breezeways and open air corridors
• Clean gutters (must be willing to work on a ladder 16ft high)
• Grounds cleanup and light janitorial
• Light bulb and smoke alarm battery replacements
• Cleaning condensing units
• Light maintenance
• Deliveries Work Schedule Monday
• Friday from 7:30 a.

m. to 4 p.m. Work Requirements Pass a DMV driving check to drive a company vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license. Must pass a criminal background check.
