Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for individuals across all ages. This role focuses on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions while fostering long-term patient relationships and promoting overall wellness. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence-based practice, collaborative care, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum primary care, including physical exams, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with nursing staff, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical and regulatory standards Contribute to a safe, respectful, and patient-focused care environment Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Experience in outpatient primary care preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Supportive, collaborative clinical environment Competitive compensation and benefits package Focus on quality care, professional development, and work-life balance More info about the role: New graduates at the resident level are welcome to apply. Some prior experience is preferred, as this role will not involve significant teaching or guidance responsibilities. Resident physicians are eligible for a $24,000 transition stipend. This is paid at $2,000 per month until the start date , with the remaining balance issued once employment begins. No visa sponsorship is available. Relocation assistance is reimbursable with receipts: Up to $5,000 for in‑state moves Up to $10,000 for out‑of‑state moves Reimbursement is based on allowable moving expenses under organizational criteria. On‑call rotation: approximately once every 3 months .
