Job description Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, value-based care organization in Southern Californias Inland Empire . This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment without the pressures of volume-driven medicine.

Base salary $280K$350K , commensurate with experience
Bonus Eligible:
Up to 20% annual performance bonus
Schedule:
MondayFriday, outpatient only , no nights or weekends
Focus:
Quality-driven care not RVUs or patient quotas
Sign-On Bonus:
$20,000
Support:
Robust team including APPs, case managers, and care coordinators Your Role Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management Collaborate in daily high-risk huddles to proactively manage care for complex patients Educate patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the EMR system Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration Experience managing complex or chronically ill patient populations preferred Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills The Community Nestled in Southern Californias Inland Empire , this location provides easy access to Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and coastal beaches all within driving distance.
