Voorhees, New Jersey About Us Eleve Behavioral Health is a growing outpatient provider delivering high-quality Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are also expanding specialized programming for gambling disorder and behavioral addictions, creating a unique opportunity for clinicians in this space. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and clinically strong therapist to provide individual and group therapy services within our PHP/IOP programs. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with dual-diagnosis clients, including substance use and gambling disorder populations. Responsibilities Facilitate group therapy sessions (primary responsibility) Provide individual and family therapy as needed Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and documentation Support programming related to gambling disorder and behavioral addictions Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, case management, nursing) Maintain compliance with state, payer, and accreditation standards

Qualifications Minimum Requirement:

CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor)

Preferred:

LCADC, LCSW, LPC, or other advanced clinical license Experience treating substance use and co-occurring disorders Experience or strong interest in gambling disorder / behavioral addictions Strong group facilitation and documentation skills Ability to engage and manage diverse clinical populations Compensation & Schedule Full-time or part-time flexibility Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure Growth opportunities within an expanding organization
