͏ We are seeking a Principal AI GTM Solution Architect to serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert and thought leader shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑led solutions. This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI innovation and enterprise GTM execution, driving solution positioning, deal shaping, and large‑scale AI adoption. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Agentic AI, AI‑driven SDLC automation, and modern software engineering pipelines, along with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and accelerate market impact. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on AI strategy, with a strong focus on Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and developer productivity use cases. Partner with GTM, sales, product, and leadership teams to shape large, strategic deals and define differentiated AI solution positioning. Lead the architecture and design of complex AI solutions aligned with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and testing automation. Drive solution vision across use cases such as autonomous agents, code generation, test automation, and end‑to‑end SDLC optimization. Deliver executive‑level presentations, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and client briefings. Influence AI product strategy and roadmaps through market insights and customer feedback. Mentor and coach solution engineers and architects, raising the overall technical depth of the GTM organization. Stay current on emerging AI trends, including agent frameworks, orchestration, and enterprise adoption patterns. Required Skills and Experience 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership roles. Deep expertise in AI/GenAI, with strong hands‑on experience in Agentic AI systems and frameworks. Strong understanding of SDLC, developer workflows, and modern software engineering pipelines. Experience with LLM ecosystems, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation approaches. Hands‑on familiarity with Python and modern AI/ML tooling. Proven ability to engage senior executives and influence technical and business decision‑making. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI technology to measurable business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI‑led developer productivity platforms or SDLC automation solutions. Exposure to enterprise AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Background in high‑growth, product‑led, or platform organizations. Prior experience in GTM or pre‑sales roles for emerging technologies. Leadership Expectations and Impact Serve as an internal and external thought leader in AI and GTM strategy. Establish best practices, reusable solution patterns, and architectural frameworks. Mentor teams across solution engineering and architecture communities. Represent the organization in industry forums, strategic client engagements, and executive briefings. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $180,000.00 to $270,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
