Essential Elements:

Print Administers the operation of the school and supervises the school's educational program. Establishes and maintains an effective learning climate in the school. Exerts leadership in the adaptation of the general program of education for the schools to meet the peculiar needs of the community served. Develops, administers, and coordinates any ancillary program that enhances individual learning opportunities for students of the school. Directs the activities of the school staff in the performance of their duties. Evaluates the performance of all assigned personnel. Establishes guidelines for proper student conduct and discipline procedures. Assumes responsibility for the general health and welfare and attendance of students. Coordinates or supervises such support services as necessary to administer effective programs. Promotes and encourages professional growth of self and staff. Performs other related tasks as requested by the Superintendant. Work year 206 days Principal K-5 Job Goal

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid California Administrative Credential. Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience and three (3) years of management, supervisory, or administrative experience. Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
