Credential Copy Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3) Resume Comments and Other Information This posting is to establish an eligibility list for possible openings for the 2026-2027 school year at our various Junior High Schools. The Anaheim Union High School District is seeking a strong leader to serve as site principal of a comprehensive junior high school. The district seeks a leader who:
  • Has the ability to implement district-wide initiatives, Board policy and state and federal mandates at the site level.
  • Is an acknowledged successful leader in the planning, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the instructional program at the site level;
  • Possesses the vision and commitment toward 21st century skills for all students;
  • Believes in each person's potential for success and values diversity;
  • Promotes and develops leadership capacity of others through meaningful opportunities, collaboration and involvement;
  • Has a bias for action as an avenue for change;
  • Supports a culture of clear missions, objectives and goals;
  • Leads with honesty, empathy, kindness, fairness and integrity;
  • Develops positive labor relations with union leaders and site representatives;
  • Engages staff, parents, students and the school community in the work of the school site;
  • Embraces and implements effective use of technology to enhance instruction and improve administrative and management functions;
  • Oversees all school and ASB budgets and ensures all accounting procedures are administered;
  • Is a reflective leader committed towards ongoing professional growth and the CPSEL (California Professional Standards for Education Leaders).
