Print Production Assistant

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to help with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced print and fabrication shop. This role involves preparing client artwork for production using adobe creative suite, operating print and finishing equipment, and assisting with fabrication and assembly of signage and custom projects. Responsibilities Prepare client files for print production Set up artwork for large format printing, vinyl cutting, laser cutting, and CNC production Operate printers, plotters, laminators, cutters, and laser equipment Weed, mask, trim, mount, and assemble signs and graphics Assist with material prep, packaging, and installation support Perform quality checks on printed and finished products Maintain organization of production area and materials Help troubleshoot file or production issues as they arise Work on a variety of custom signage, decals, stickers, displays, and specialty projects Preferred Skills Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative suite Understanding of vector artwork and print-ready file setup Familiarity with large format printers, vinyl cutters, laser cutters, or CNC equipment Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Hands-on and mechanically inclined mindset Bonus Experience Vehicle wraps or vinyl installation Scenic display building and installation On-site installations Large format Printing Laser engraving/cutting Sign fabrication or woodworking Packaging and shipping experience Requirements Ability to lift and move materials/equipment when needed Comfortable working in a production/shop environment Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Full-time or part-time availability What You'll Work On Large format prints Stickers and decals Signs and banners Laser-cut products Custom fabrication projects Variety of promotional materials If you enjoy hands-on creative production, problem-solving, and working in a fast paced environment , we'd love to hear from you.
