Print Production / Graphic Designer Specialist

Overview Minuteman Press is looking for a hands-on print production specialist with graphic design experience who takes pride in getting the details right. You will spend most of your time running production equipment and ensuring jobs are print-ready — with some client-facing and design work on the side. Is this you? Primary Responsibilities Operate digital printers and wide-format equipment to produce client orders. Perform preflight checks and prepare files for print (bleeds, color modes, resolution, formats). Generate job quotes using our order management software (training provided). Maintain quality control from file intake through final output. Secondary Responsibilities Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and email regarding orders and proofs. Assist with basic graphic design tasks using the Adobe Creative Suite. Support quote generation and order entry as needed. Requirements Experience operating digital or wide-format print equipment in a production environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Ability to preflight and prep files for print production. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs in a deadline-driven shop. Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with business clients.
