Office & Print Shop Assistant We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and reliable team member to join our growing print and sign shop in the Chicagoland area. If you enjoy hands-on work and have experience — or a strong interest — in print production, signs, silk screening, embroidery, DTF printing, graphic installation, and general shop operations, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations in a busy office and print shop environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Assist with sign production, including printing, laminating, mounting, and finishing Install graphics, vinyl lettering, signs, decals, banners, and other printed materials on vehicles, windows, walls, and various surfaces Operate and maintain equipment such as: Large format printers Heat presses Laminators Vinyl cutters Direct To Film (DTF) printing equipment Silk screening equipment Embroidery equipment Digital copiers and finishing equipment Help with packaging, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Perform quality control checks on completed jobs Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in print production, sign shop work, warehouse work, silk screening, embroidery, DTF printing, vinyl installation, or graphic installation is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge required Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or related software is a bonus Ability to lift and move materials and boxes as needed Comfortable standing for extended periods during production work Pay $18-$26 per hour based on experience Position Type Part-time with potential for full-time Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift Overtime opportunities available Benefits Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement and training Flexible scheduling Hands-on experience with a wide variety of print and sign equipment
