In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal operation. Whether working on diesel engines, transmissions, or electrical systems, your mechanical skills will keep our customers on the road with confidence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and powertrain systems. Execute oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacements, and wheel balancing to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully for repairs such as welding, auto body work, and component replacements. Service diesel engines and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) to meet modern vehicle standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical problems effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with OEM standards and procedures. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, Schematics reading, and diagnostic tools. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, air brake systems, auto estimating software, and GM vehicles is advantageous. Proficiency in diesel engine repair, transmissions work, wheel alignment, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts replacement. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently; welding skills are a plus. Mechanical knowledge of automotive service procedures including brake repair, oil changes, maintenance routines, and auto body repair basics.
