We're seeking a PCB Soldering Specialist who thrives on accuracy, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Your Mission Transform components into fully assembled boards for rail communications equipment. You'll collaborate with a Production Supervisor/Team Leader, follow clear work instructions and BOMs, and receive training to master each build step. How You'll Make an Impact Operate within an ESD-controlled environment Interpret assembly prints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials Select and place resistors, capacitors, relays, transistors, and integrated circuits Twist, bend, and trim component leads; crimp, strip, and solder wiring Create clean, reliable through-hole solder joints and underside board connections Perform SMT work—surface-mount experience is required Use common tools (screwdrivers, hand drill) safely and effectively Verify quality with our Quality team to meet specifications Apply 5S to keep equipment in top condition and your bench inspection-ready Speak up immediately about any deviation that could affect safety, quality, or output Drive continuous improvement and help eliminate waste Back up other assembly teams when needed and model professionalism with coworkers and customers Engage in ongoing training to broaden your skill set What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience Baseline soldering capability and basic computer skills Clear communication (written and verbal) Fundamental math and problem-solving skills Extra Credit 1+ year in electronics manufacturing Component-level PCB soldering proficiency Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, or
