Private Caregiver

Responsibilities Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), some grooming with hair Prepare nutritious meals Support clients with medication administration following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Document all care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and care plans Requirements Experience and/or willing to learn about working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and emotional regulation needs Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and clients Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to providing personalized care Creativity, patience, and a sense of humor is helpful Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
