The Private Client Analyst supports the Financial Advisor team in portfolio management, analytics, and client deliverables. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, with primary responsibility for portfolio screening, rebalancing, trading, and preparing materials for client reviews and prospective client opportunities. This individual plays a key role in maintaining portfolio alignment and delivering a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities:

Execute portfolio rebalancing and implement trades across client accounts Monitor portfolios for drift, allocation changes, and cash needs Conduct portfolio screening and analysis to support investment decisions Prepare all materials for client meetings, including performance reports and portfolio reviews Analyze outside assets for prospective clients and develop comparison presentations Assist in maintaining model portfolios and investment strategies Collaborate closely with advisors and team members to ensure accurate, timely, and client-ready deliverables Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in wealth management, investment analysis, or portfolio management support Bachelor's Degree Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) required Must obtain insurance license within 6 months of hire Strong Excel skills required (data analysis, modeling, and reporting) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and portfolio management software Strong analytical and quantitative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, with ability to create client-friendly materials Highly collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting advisors and clients Critical thinking and problem-solving skills High ethical standards Why work for us?
