Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, onsite 4x a week) We're seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant to join a high-performing team supporting sophisticated private equity investment portfolios. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys working with complex financial instruments, and has a strong foundation in partnership accounting, investor allocations, and fund reporting. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise and analytical skills will have direct visibility across internal stakeholders and clients. What You'll Do Report, analyze, and verify private equity fund data for clients, internal business groups, and external database providers Prepare and complete financial statements, surveys, worksheets, and reporting packages Maintain and update master fund databases and investment records Reconcile holdings, accruals, trades, and cash balances Assist with investor allocations, performance fee calculations, and waterfall calculations Verify tax statements and coordinate with internal Tax teams Prepare reporting notifications and support ongoing fund operations activities Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 4+ years of private equity fund accounting experience Strong knowledge of partnership accounting principles Advanced understanding of financial instruments, including: Bank loans Bonds Fixed income securities Experience with investor allocations, performance fee calculations, and waterfall structures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Preferred Qualifications Experience with Investran and/or Geneva Advanced Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS reporting standards Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
