• Full-time We are a growing private dental practice looking for a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager and Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team!

What We're Looking For:

A cheerful, positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfort discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team Dental insurance knowledge is a plus (but not required) Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented A true team player who enjoys contributing to a positive work environment

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing daily front office operations Managing scheduling and patient flow to maximize efficiency Communicating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients have an understanding of financial obligations Assisting with insurance verification and billing processes Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care delivery while managing practice growth initiatives.
