Seeking PRN Acute NP or PA for Neurosurgery

• Mercy Health Springfield, OH Mercy Health in Springfield, OH is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to provide neurosurgery support at both Springfield Regional Medical Center and Mercy Health Springfield Neurosurgery.

This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care across inpatient, ambulatory, and operating room (OR) settings. The APC will assist with call coverage responsibilities, including weekend rounding and acute treatment oversight (ATO) in a 1:4 evening and weekend call rotation. Acute Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will be considered. We are excited for sustained growth in our Musculoskeletal Institute. Over the last 4 years, the market has continued to invest it is MSK service line with terrific results. The growth in Spine and Neurosurgery requires a partner passionate about exceptional community based care. The region has unique opportunities for partnership, employment and affiliate opportunities. Average patient load is 15-20/day Adult & Geriatric This is a PRN opportunity Clinic support

• Office hours for clinic are Monday
• Friday 8
• 4:30.

Support physician with IP and OP surgery rounding. First assist or willingness to become a First Assist in the OR. BrainLab and Loopx Technology.
