Join Our Team as a Float Caregiver! We're looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers to float between our managed communities, helping to cover open shifts and support teams where care is needed most. AKA:
Your Caregiving Superpowers) Provide Exceptional Care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with meals, hydration, and general daily needs. Promote resident dignity, independence, and comfort in all interactions. Float & Be Flexible Travel between assigned communities to provide coverage as needed. Adapt quickly to different teams, environments, and resident needs. Be open to working varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Be Engaged & Attentive Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team. Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Support Team Success Work collaboratively with the care team to provide quality support. Participate in shift reports, team meetings, and required training. Follow all community policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. What You Bring to the Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate! CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between communities. Skills & Strengths Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Adaptable, dependable, and positive attitude. Schedule Requirements Must be flexible to work at multiple locations as needed. Weekend and holiday rotation required based on position.
Compensation & Perks Hourly Rate:
$25/hour. This position is not eligible for benefits or PTO. Flexible scheduling options. Opportunity to gain experience across multiple communities.
