Pro Football Hall of Fame Cafe Supervisor / Team Lead (Part-Time)

Position Summary Create a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests dining in the café by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and support of the café team, while overseeing food preparation and quality. Pro Football Hall of Fame Cafe is open to guests Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Day-To-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations, including food preparation, cooking, efficient workflow and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Promote a fun elevated "football-style" experience for the guests. Support management in achieving sales and operational targets. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies to ensure availability of menu items. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, kitchen and storage spaces. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, cleanliness and workplace safety. Develop unique menu options and specials. Train, mentor the café team to deliver fun and 'wow' guest experiences while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Work closely with the hospitality team for team scheduling and training, promotions and special events. And more! Are you up for the challenge? Here are preferred qualifications we are searching for: Café/restaurant, hospitality experience, or any guest serving experience. Supervisory/team lead experience within the food and beverage industry, with responsibility for leading a team and kitchen operations. Ability to provide effective, unique and welcoming guest and team experiences. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Open and flexibility availability. Passion for people and football!
