Send to Friend This job requires a jack of all trades. We will ask this person to mix liquid fertilizer, haul grain, operate farm equipment, help maintain equipment, clean out grain bins, check and load hogs, small building repairs and welding, fix plumbing in hog barns, and get Part 107 drone license and pesticide license to operate our drone for commercial application.

FARM OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We will train a person on our tractor monitors and our liquid fertilizer mixing station, but a baseline knowledge of farm operations is a must. Heavy lifting and somewhat active daily exertion will be required. This is not a job someone can come off the street and perform. Pay rate will be based off of that experience and knowledge. Any employee hired will receive a 50 cent raise every 6 months you are employed here at Probst Pork. 2 weeks PTO to use during the months of December to February and an additional week for the rest of the year. Retirement investing is offered with a 3% employer match. Overtime is paid on a biweekly basis. Anything over 80 hours per pay period is considered time and a half.
