Process Engineer

What You'll Do The Process Improvement Manager leads the execution of the Walmart Performance System (WPS) within the Distribution Center to drive continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and improve operational performance. This role partners with leaders across the operation to deliver KPI results, standardize processes, and build capability in problem-solving and loss elimination. Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement initiatives using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time & motion studies to eliminate loss Drive performance through KPI analysis, standard work implementation, and process variation reduction Manage and execute projects focused on top operational losses and cost savings opportunities Support and deploy the Walmart Performance System (WPS) across functional areas Apply One Best Way playbooks and identify opportunities for replication across the network Partner with Area and Department Managers to improve engagement, KPI performance, and process execution Review and support process improvement projects led by site leadership Conduct loss profile analysis, performance reviews, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement Align stakeholders, set clear goals, track progress, and drive accountability to deliver results Leadership & Culture Develop and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance development Promote a culture of belonging, teamwork, and continuous improvement Build strong partnerships through collaboration, communication, and trust Demonstrate Walmart values by leading with integrity, accountability, and transparency Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or 3 years related field OR equivalent experience Experience in continuous improvement, operations, or supply chain environment Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing Walmart Performance System (WPS) or similar frameworks Leadership experience in a distribution center or high-volume operational environment Proven track record of driving process improvements and measurable results What You'll Bring Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to influence and lead without direct authority Experience using data to drive decisions and improvements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits & Perks Walmart offers competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
