• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Job Description Responsibilities Lead new product introductions from quotation through full production launch Develop customer requirements, CAD designs, and tooling specifications Serve as the project gatekeeper for tracking schedules, milestones, and overall program progress Coordinate machinery installation and support program launch activities Improve production throughput, yield, and product quality across manufacturing lines Develop and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, and control plans Monitor quality trends and process variation using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods Lead corrective action (CAR) and root cause analysis efforts Translate customer requirements into manufacturing specifications Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the manufacturing plant Support product trials, testing, and validation activities Define and monitor critical product and process characteristics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) Technical writing experience Strong customer-facing communication skills CAD experience highly preferred, including drawing customer parts and ordering tooling Stable work history required Preferred Skills Manufacturing experience in textile, nonwoven, automotive, or related industries Experience with new product introduction (NPI) or process optimization initiatives Background in production process improvement and manufacturing support #GRPA This message is intended only for the designated recipient(s).
