Newton, North Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Oversee the coating and material manufacturing through commercialization of innovative coating solutionsDrive continuous improvement on coating assets, operator engagement/development and safetyLead risk assessments of equipment to drive safety improvements using skilled engineering practicesOversee daily operations activities and process driven improvement projectsWork with maintenance on machinery enhancements as well as troubleshooting and upgradesMonitor and analyze process data, using insights to recommend and implement improvements in coating processes and technologies.Identify process improvement opportunities and work with management on capital investments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 3+ years of process improvement experience within a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience within a manufacturing environmentPreferred:
