Sun-Thurs 9PM•7AM About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Process Technician to support daily production in a plastics manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll take ownership of machine setups, process stability, and equipment performance to ensure consistent product quality and efficient operations. What You'll Do Prepare and launch injection molding machines for production runs Configure and support auxiliary systems, including robotics and secondary equipment Execute material swaps and color transitions with minimal downtime Perform routine maintenance tasks such as screw cleaning and removal Fine-tune machine settings to maintain quality and cycle efficiency Monitor production performance and address process issues as they arise Keep your workspace organized and aligned with safety standards Contribute ideas to improve throughput, quality, and waste reduction Support team development by sharing knowledge and assisting with training Follow standardized procedures and compliance guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Background in plastics manufacturing, specifically machine setup Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment Ability to read and follow technical instructions Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when needed Personal tool set required Experience At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment At least 1 year of hands-on plastics processing or machine setup Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay 401(k) with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and life insurance Tuition reimbursement and career development support Additional savings and wellness programs #
