This role is responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, components, and services while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or technical environments and possess strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for electronic components, build-to-print parts, raw materials, tooling, machinery, packaging materials, and services Develop and issue RFQs, bid packages, statements of work, and procurement documentation Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and issue purchase orders or subcontract awards Analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and cost data to establish competitive pricing objectives Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality requirements to ensure program success Coordinate subcontract modifications, additions, deletions, and change requests Maintain procurement records, track orders, approve invoices, and support audit/compliance requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and program teams Support sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field preferred Experience in procurement, purchasing, subcontract administration, or supply chain analysis Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience sourcing technical or manufactured components preferred Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills Preferred Experience Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience Experience with supplier negotiations and contract administration Familiarity with cost analysis, proposal evaluation, and procurement compliance requirements Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
