Prodcution Coordinator II

Production Control / Customer Service Coordinator - Aerospace We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control / Customer Service Coordinator to support customer communication, production tracking, and order management within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Release and track work orders through production Communicate delivery updates and expedite plans to customers Coordinate shipments, returns, and replacement orders Monitor aging work orders and prioritize urgent needs Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams Update customer portals and ERP systems Support delivery performance and schedule management

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of Production Control or Customer Service experience in the Aerospace industry Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
