Produce Manager (Approx. 30 hrs/week)

Overview:

Seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee the produce department, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Order, receive, and inspect produce Maintain displays and proper product rotation (FIFO) Manage inventory, shrink, and cleanliness Supervise and train staff Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications:

Prior produce or grocery management experience

Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
