Product Assembly Techninician/Installer - Shed, Gazebo, Playset, Furniture

JOB DESCRIPTION

Product Assembly Technician Assemble It is seeking detail-oriented, professional, and reliable Assembly Technicians to join our platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, from initial scheduling to the high-quality assembly of residential products (playsets, gazebos, pergolas, and more).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Management:

Execute "The Handshake" by contacting customers within 24 hours of job assignment. Manage all scheduling and mandatory consultation for rescheduling.

Technical Assembly:

Build products according to manufacturer manuals with 100% accuracy. Perform authorized add-ons including anchoring and trash removal.

Professional Representation:

Maintain a professional demeanor on-site. Adhere to strict boundaries (garage access only; residential sites only).

Documentation:

Provide real-time app updates (On-Way, In-Progress, Complete). Capture 4-angle photo proof and anchoring verification for every job.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in mechanical assembly or construction. Strong communication skills for proactive customer coordination. Ability to work independently and follow complex technical manuals. Must have own tools, ladders, and reliable transportation. Commitment to a "No Side Deals" policy to maintain platform integrity.
