Overview The Product Development Specialist role is responsible for market research, vendor outreach, and structured evaluation of agriculturally focused products and brands that are intended for sale by Agzaga. Duties Identify and evaluate new product lines aligned with Agzaga's customer base Conduct market and competitor analysis across ecommerce platforms Source and contact vendors to gather product and operational details Maintain Vendor Communications Develop and present structured product opportunity briefs Manage product pipeline execution after approval Ensure completeness and accuracy of product/vendor data Coordinate with internal teams for product handoff and timeline Requirements Strong communication skills Structured market and product analysis ability High attention to detail Effective time management Problem-solving ability Ownership mindset No low-quality or misaligned opportunities No incomplete research No dependency on leadership No analysis without recommendation Prolonged computer work Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
