From iconic skyline-defining projects to cutting-edge interiors, our fixtures and controls platform power some of the most ambitious lighting designs in the industry. We're growing - and we're looking for a Product Engineer to help shape the next generation of our award-winning products. What You'll Do As a Product Engineer, you'll collaborate with our design and engineering teams to help bring new products from concept to reality. Your time will be split between engineering development, production documentation, and product design - so expect variety, creativity, and a fast pace.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and validation of products, from CAD modeling to prototyping Maintain and update ERP/CRM systems with accurate documentation and BOMs to support procurement Create technical and support documentation such as: Instruction manuals Packaging and assembly drawings Manufacturing work instructions What We're Looking For You're curious, precise, and passionate about the intersection of form and function. You understand that great design goes hand in hand with great engineering and know how to balance creativity with process.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in the LED lighting industry or a related product field Strong working knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities In-depth understanding of product design principles Detail-oriented with a high standard for documentation accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Why Work With Us?
