Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth. Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams; help translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and value propositions highlighting AMSC technologies and solutions. Support Regional Account Managers and other commercial teams in customer meetings, site visits, and technical workshops. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote AMSC solutions and expand market awareness. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support go-to-market strategies and positioning. Assist in proposal development, contract negotiations, and handoff of awarded projects to delivery teams. Provide feedback from customers and market insights to product management and engineering for continuous improvement. Contribute to opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting across supported business areas. Support marketing initiatives by translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging and materials for customers and stakeholders. Flexibly support additional products, markets, or strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve. Education -

MBA or business coursework preferred but not required.
Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs:
Technical foundation in engineering with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts clearly. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exposure to or involvement in customer engagement activities such as prospecting, presentations, or supporting proposal development. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
