Basic Qualifications:

Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office applications Willingness to work with beryllium and/or other chemicals if needed 1 + years of experience using handheld and/or power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the inspection of parts, components, assemblies, or units 1+ years of experience soldering and assembling equipment components Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications 1+ years of experience working under a microscope

Position Responsibilities:

Assists with disassembly of system components to support the correction of failures or implement changes Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications Assists with tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g., jacking, towing, system operations) Works under supervision

Required Education:

High school diploma or

GED Work Hours:

Full Time / Variable Shift — Ability to work off-shift (2nd/3rd shift). Additional Information Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including the ability to view classified government information Employment is contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check; both must clear prior to the start date
