Position Highlights Tri Star Chevrolet of Blairsville is looking The ideal candidate will possess a background in customer service or the food industry and demonstrate vehicles to customers. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, engaging with customers, and providing in-depth product knowledge to enhance their purchasing experience. This position provides a base income of $33,600 plus bonus levels to $85,000 for performers. We offer an easy to understand pay plan that lays out how commissions and bonuses work! Responsibilities Engage with potential customers when they enter the store. Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about our offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for inventory management and optimize dealership performance. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences that can inform product positioning. Assist in developing sales support materials that highlight product features and benefits. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system. Qualifications Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. High School or equivalent (Required) Must be able to pass pre-employment background check Must have a valid driver's license.
