Job Description

Daikin Comfort Technologies Mfg LP. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our E-Premium Product Specialist position for our South Division Branch Operations group located remotely, but local to Orlando, FL. The Divisional E-Premium Specialist will lead the sales initiative of Residential Unitary Inverter Products and serve as the individual to manage and coordinate engagement and accomplishment of the division sales objectives with Company Owned Distribution (COD) & Distributor Channel Partners. The Divisional E-Premium Product Specialist will be the Division resource for supporting the product line and growing sales. Position Responsibilities may include:
Responsible for coordinating engagement and accomplishment of division sales objectives with COD & Distributor Channel Partners which includes all residential brands utilizing inverter technology. Achieve Division Sales Targets for Side-Discharge Products of all residential brands Act as Division Product Champion to assist in developing
COD & IND
product sales opportunities of his/her focus area as assigned. Help to support product teams as they develop and work closely with the product applications resource (e.g., VRV and AER group). Oversee and be responsible for meeting division objectives for the specific programs (e.g., VRV Pro) that are part of the specialist's focus area. Provide resources and promotional support to fully engage TSMs to sell the focused product (both
COD & IND
) Serve as additional sales & training resource to
COD, IND
channels. No support of REP channel for this role. Responsible for driving key organization objectives across all brand strategies such as but not limited to Side-Discharge (FIT, Amana-S) sales, Daikin Cloud Services, R32 product launch, and Cold Climate Heat Pump initiatives. Act as Daikin Comfort Pro Loyalty Champion and subject matter expert to cast the Daikin Vision, ensuring our distribution channels are partnering and recruitment of premium contractors that embody Daikin philosophies. Manage reporting and dissemination of core data pertaining to the e-Premium objectives from Executive Leadership In-depth knowledge of VRV and VRV Life Products and promote the growth of this technology through both Company Owned and Independent Owned channels

Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and communication skills including public speaking, presentations, and negotiation skills Ability to develop effective communication pieces (price pages, sales support documentation, submittals, written memos etc.) High level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs, Excel, Word, Power Point Able to generate and read reports as required Excellent organizational and time management skills Competitive industry knowledge Ability to apply strong work ethics and integrity on the job Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years related experience Prior HVAC industry experience
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred, will accept industry experience in lieu of degree
