Job Description

A wholesale distributor and designer of fashion eyewear and eyeglass frames is seeking a detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our growing team in a fast-paced, "promote-from-within" environment in Amityville, NY! This role is the operational backbone of our product department, managing the lifecycle of our inventory from vendor ordering to trade show readiness. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to grow-our most recent hire in this role was just promoted into management! $24 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Order Management:
Execute the creation and rigorous follow-up of all vendor orders to ensure timely delivery.
PO Logistics:
Handle the receiving of purchase orders and maintain accurate digital product files.
Global Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for international vendors and freight forwarders to track shipments and resolve logistics issues.
Data & Operational Support:
Excel Management:
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets to track inventory levels, product updates, and vendor performance.
Product Maintenance:
Ensure all product data files are updated in real-time to reflect current stock and specifications.
Event Prep:
Play a key role in trade show preparation, ensuring all product samples and documentation are organized and ready for exhibition.
