At Aaron's, we call our Delivery Driver role Product Technician because our Product Technician position is so much more than driving! As a Product Technician, you'll serve as Aaron's ambassador, upholding our commitment to excellence, by working directly with our customers in a professional manner while delivering top quality products and services. You will receive expert training on all the latest model products from electronics to furniture to appliances. Additional responsibilities include merchandise handling, such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting and demonstrating our products. Reviewing lease agreements with the customer is occasionally required. As an Aaron's Product Technician, you will personally connect with and develop lasting relationships with our valued customers. Job Duties Inspect vehicle and document all vehicle movement on daily inspection forms and route sheets Customer Deliveries

• Inspect all merchandise prior to delivery, load merchandise, secure and protect product for delivery and safely transport product to customer's residence.

Off load, install, and demonstrate merchandise with customers. Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returns Clean and certify returned merchandise Assist with managing and maintaining the showroom and warehouse spaces Additional Duties Occasional collections assistance in the field Assisting with outside marketing campaigns Additional duties as assigned by management Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge and experience with electronic products (appliances, computers, etc.) Position routinely requires lifting & loading up to 75 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with the assistance of a dolly Valid driver's license Professional appearance and dress code compliance As a Product Technician at Aaron's, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Great hourly pay Paid time off including vacation days, sick days and holidays Generous bonus & commission opportunities Five day work week, with Sundays off!
