We are seeking reliable and physically capable individuals with verifiable manufacturing experience to join a fast-paced production environment located near Fort Smith. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with production machinery in a manufacturing environment Accurately use a tape measure and follow production specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with loading, unloading, stacking, and preparing materials for shipment Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

Verifiable manufacturing or production experience required Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Must be dependable with strong attendance and work ethic Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen THC will disqualify. Medical marijuana cards are not accepted for this position.

Working Conditions:

Standing for extended periods of time Repetitive lifting, bending, and movement throughout shift Safety equipment and training provided
