Production Assembler

Production operator role responsible for simple one- and two-step assembly, inserting, sealing, cutting, and converting operations. Job Requirements Ability to perform simple production operations such as assembly, insert and seal, pull-to-length, and cutting tasks Ability to operate manual and semi-automatic converting equipment and tools Ability to follow pre-established guidelines and specifications Ability to follow supervisor or crew leader instructions Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to follow all safety rules Preferred Skills Experience in production, assembly, or converting operations Experience using hand tools or production equipment Experience working with materials handling or material manipulation processes Experience performing repetitive manufacturing tasks Job Responsibilities Perform simple one- and two-step production operations Assemble, insert, seal, pull to length, and cut materials as required Operate manual and/or semi-automatic converting equipment and tools Complete tasks according to established guidelines and specifications Follow work instructions from supervisors or crew leaders Check products during assigned operations for required quality standards Follow safety rules during all production activities

Pay:
