Production Assistant

As a Production Assistant, you'll work with raw ingredients, packaging materials, and production equipment to manufacture high-quality supplements in our FDA/cGMP-compliant facility. With over 500 unique products, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to quality, accuracy, and safety. This position is available immediately. On-the-job training is provided, along with opportunities to build new skills and grow within the company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Follow production steps outlined in batch records accurately Manufacture, package, and label products efficiently Set up, operate, and clean production equipment and work areas Measure and weigh ingredients using English or metric systems Document all production steps in compliance with cGMP SOPs and FDA regulations Maintain quality assurance, safety, and cleanliness standards Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience Mechanical aptitude and ability to work on assembly lines Experience using hand and power tools Familiarity with FDA regulations (preferred, not required) Ability to communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Pay & Schedule $20.25/hour (pay increase after 90 days) Monday-Friday, day shift | No weekends Benefits Include Generous PTO & paid holidays Paid lunch break Employee discounts Simple IRA with company match up to 3% On-site café with discounts Costco & gym membership reimbursement Paid parental leave Apply by emailing your résumé to: labor@mmherbs.com
