Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Infused Edible Creator to join our innovative culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, and producing high-quality infused edibles that meet safety standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and execute food production processes following established protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, blenders, and other culinary tools. Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout the production area in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, as well as MT Cannabis Industry and company SOPs Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted production. Follow food safety procedures during handling, processing, and packaging to prevent contamination or spoilage. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve product quality while adhering to regulatory standards. Use basic math skills for precise measurements, dosing, and portioning of infused products. Maintain accurate documentation of production batches, ingredient sources, and safety checks. Requirements Must be Over 21 Years Old Must have or obtain a MT Cannabis Worker Permit Qualifications Proven experience in cooking, baking, or food production within a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to HACCP and CGMP standards. Familiarity with food handling regulations specific to the food industry. Mechanical knowledge related to kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for recipe scaling and dosing procedures. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques. Experience working in restaurants or culinary settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices for manufacturing edible products. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy ingredients or equipment safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
