This position supports daily garment production, including pressing, inspection, sorting, and general production support. Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or garment pressing is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care needs Assist with garment pressing and finishing Learn and safely operate pressing and finishing equipment Follow garment care instructions and quality standards Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas Support production flow and help in different departments as needed Communicate with leads and coworkers regarding production or garment concerns Qualifications Previous production, laundry, or pressing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Look For Team-oriented mindset Accountability and professionalism Willingness to grow and learn garment finishing skills Pride in producing high-quality work
